Secure Freedom Minute: Not Guilty by Reason of Dementia?

A special prosecutor has found that Joe Biden violated the law by willfully retaining, improperly handling and even disclosing  classified information. But not to worry: He is mentally too diminished to be held accountable for doing so.

Former U.S. Attorney Robert Hur contends that Biden would beat the rap with a federal jury because his cognitive abilities are so degraded that some jurors may have reasonable doubt, believing he just forgot about classified information left in his antique Corvette and an office he shared with Chinese intelligence officers. 

If so, Joe clearly is too impaired to be president of the United States. 

As it happens, intrepid undercover investigator James O’Keefe documented recently that Biden’s dementia is an open secret inside his White House. Now that it’s officially confirmed, the risk he poses to the nation can no longer be tolerated.
