Unfrozen: The Sino-Russian Threat
To – and From – the Arctic

WASHINGTON, D.C.— In May 2019, the Chinese Communist Party publicly declared a “People’s War” on the United States after decades of “unrestricted warfare” against us. Throughout, it has been building up the power and reach of its military, incredibly with American funding and technology.

The CCP’s aggressive response to President Trump’s efforts to end its predatory trade practices have further underscored an insight millions of Americans gleaned from Xi Jinping’s COVID biological warfare attack: His regime is willing to use physical violence against us, as well.

That prospect compels us to take urgent stock of ways in which it might do so, and emerging vectors of attack. The next Committee on the Present Danger: China webinar entitled “Unfrozen: The Sino-Russian Threat to – and From – the Arctic” today from 2:30-3:45 p.m. ET will examine preparations the Chinese and their Russian allies are making to exploit the Arctic for this purpose – and President Trump’s urgent focus on the role played by Greenland and Canada in countering such threats.
