 WASHINGTON — Few aspects of the Biden policy agenda better exemplify this administration’s efforts to complete what Barack Obama declared on the eve of his first election in 2008 would be the result of his presidency — the “fundamental transformation of the United States of America” — than Team Biden’s changes to America’s energy security posture. It is no exaggeration to say it is in the process of being morphed from one of energy independence, if not actual dominance, to one of yawning dependence upon foreign sources of energy, including incredibly our mortal enemy: the Chinese Communist Party.
