I spoke with Jonathan Tobin about The phenomenon of an army with a country, which is an apt description for Israel rather than a country with an army.

We also explored what’s going on with the internal politics, notably with Israel’s military, and what it means for the war effort against Hamas and inevitably ultimately Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran.

Christopher Holton and I discussed the need for clarity about the Sharia supremacists operating under the banner of the Muslim Brotherhood.

We also explored its assorted front organizations, of whom arguably the worst of the bunch is the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CARE, and the rising interest in states across the country to discourage their law enforcement and other agencies from engaging in outreach to that Hamas supporting operation.

Bill Walton and I discussed what is taking place with respect to the oversight of the U.S. intelligence community.

We also explored the important contribution that I believe will be made to it by a new member of the House Intelligence Committee, Congressman Scott Perry of Pennsylvania.

We also discussed the status of the dollar as the reserve currency of the world, whether it is an imperiled fact or whether there’s still no viable alternative.
