Secure Freedom Minute: Are Geoengineered Hurricanes this Year’s October Surprise?

In a thought-provoking video posted yesterday on X, Alex Newman provided evidence that the U.S. government has long had access to technologies to manipulate the weather and has actually weaponized them.
 
The question occurs: Has such so-called “GeoEngineering” made possible this year’s electoral “October surprise” – namely, hurricanes that have been devastating particularly politically conservative states and communities?
