Xi’s ‘Vote’: Can We Prevent the CCP from Helping Steal Our Elections?

WASHINGTON, DC—In the course of the debate last night between a failing Joe Biden and Donald Trump, the issue of whether there will be a free and fair 2024 presidential elections featured prominently. And so it should. After all, the evidence is continuing to accumulate that the 2020 election was stolen and the prospects for at least as much skullduggery this fall are very real, as well.

An open question is the extent to which the Chinese Communist Party played a role in depriving President Trump of his first reelection bid, either directly or indirectly. There is little doubt, however, that the CCP has the means and the motive to interfere to thwart his second one.

This week’s Committee on the Present Danger: China (CPDC) webinar, “Xi’s ‘Vote’: Can We Prevent the CCP from Helping Steal Our Elections?”, from 2:00 to 3:15 p.m. ET today will examine both the extent and impact of Xi Jinping’s electoral interference to date and what we might expect in this year’s election cycle.
